These policies exist to create clear expectations, protect your time, and ensure every SRF client receives a consistent, high-quality training experience. Please review them carefully so we can train hard, stay organized, and keep your progress moving forward.
Clients must cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled under 24 hours are forfeited.
Rescheduling under 24 hours is permitted at trainer's discretion.
Clients have a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes:
This protects session flow and keeps the schedule running smoothly.
Sessions may be rescheduled only if:
If no time is available within that week, the session is forfeited.
Sessions do not rollover or compound.
This keeps calendars clean and prevents “session hoarding.”
North Dakota weather does its own thing — safety comes first.
If travel conditions become unsafe:
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 1 week, or they are forfeited.
This protects both client safety and schedule consistency.
Unused sessions are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
After 1 year, sessions expire and cannot be refunded or applied to future months.
Clients may text for scheduling, quick questions, or updates.
Messages will be answered within 24 hours during business hours.
Business Hours
Evening or weekend messages may receive a delayed response. Thank you for respecting personal and family time — it helps me stay grounded and show up fully for you.
Clients enrolled in SRF Bootcamps agree to the following:
Bootcamp is a group service — expectations differ from personal training.
Billing & Late Payment Policy
Invoices are issued monthly via Stripe and sent one week prior to the due date. Each client is assigned a designated billing date. Payment is due by the invoice due date.
Billing Schedule
Each client is assigned a standing monthly billing date based on their start date. This billing date is set as the day prior to the client’s first training session and remains the same each month.
Late Payments
A 3-day grace period is provided after the invoice due date. Invoices not paid within this grace period will incur a $25 late fee.
Training sessions may be paused until all outstanding balances, including any late fees, are paid in full.
Autopay
Automatic payments (autopay) will be introduced in the future. Clients will be notified in advance prior to any transition.
